I had been suffering from sciatica, degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis for 12 years following a compression fracture in my lower back.  The pain has gotten more difficult to deal with as I have gotten older.  Now after Dr. Murray treated me with decompression therapy, adjustments, and exercises, I have a  new back that doesn't even hurt when I bowl or garden.  I am very pleased with the miraculous results of Dr. Murray's efforts.

Dear Dr. Murray, Annette, and staff,

I would greatly recommend your services to anyone who needed a great chiropractor or massage therapist.   Let me say that I have had several major accidents and have had back problems ever since and have been in constant pain.  I have been too afraid of surgery and didn't believe in surgery after seeing too many friends and family members that have had surgery and are still in a lot of pain.

I have spent time with a lot of doctors and specialists. In all the years that I have had pain and major back problems, I have never come across a more caring and concerned bunch of people than the staff of Cascades Chiropractic.  I feel like I have my own personal doctor!  I have been feeling better with every time I come to visit you and even though there are some days that the pain is strong, I know that I can make a phone call and relief is there waiting for me to arrive.

In all the years that I have had some of Seattle's best doctors examine and treat me, I have never been called personally by my doctor to see how I'm feeling and concerned that I am O.K. and to do it in the evening when I know is yours and your family's personal time means the world to me.  Well, you have not only won my respect, but the greatest admiration of my family!  I would recommend you and your staff to anyone in my condition, My family and I believe that Cascades Chiropractic is an asset to the community and to this world!
